Sysmac NJ Series Controller
Sysmac NJ301 Machine Automation Controller

Complete machine control through one controller, with one connection and one software is how Omron defines the Sysmac machine automation platform. And, at the core of the Sysmac machine automation platform is the NJ-Series Machine Automation Controller (MAC), integrating Logic, Motion, and Vision in one. The NJ-Series MAC is designed for high speed, high performance, reliability, and flexibility, incorporating an Intel processor proven for harsh industrial environments, with fan-free operation under a real time operating system (RTOS). The controller is scalable, with a choice of 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64-axis CPU versions.
Omron Sysmac Studio Software
Sysmac NJ301 Machine Automation Controller

Within Sysmac Studio, a graphically-oriented configuration allows quick layout of the controller, field device, and network hardware, directly along side the associated programming. Machine and motion programming are based on IEC61131-3 standards and PLCopen function blocks for motion control, reducing learning and programming time. A smart editor with online debugging facilitates quick and error free programming, while advanced offline simulation of sequence and 3D motion profiles, such as cams and complex kinematics, prevent delays in validation due to lack of hardware. Data logging and data trace reduce machine tuning and commissioning, with complete project security and organization features ensuring integrity and easier forward migration.
